Profit Helper provides digital services with instant access to paid features upon successful payment.

General Rule
No Refunds by Default

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not provided once access to paid features has been granted.

Exceptions
When Refunds May Be Reviewed

Refund requests may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Technical issues preventing access

If a refund or chargeback is confirmed by the payment provider, paid access may be revoked automatically.
